NECTAR OLFACTIF - CERANA

Cerana, the perfume that evokes memories of my road trip through Asia, after traveling through the Philippines, Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia. I ate mango in all its forms, so delicious and flavorful that it inspired this fragrance. Cerana is also the name of the bee responsible for pollinating mango trees in Asia.

Following the resounding success of its market launch in 2024, the Nectar Olfactif brand is now present in more than 30 countries. In 2025, David was inspired to create two new fragrances: Amber Cristal and Cerana. David would also like to add that these fragrances, his second opus, are more oriental, as they are infused with oud. The result is two elegant, modern, and oriental scents. Amber Cristal features a composition of spicy, floral, and oriental notes, while Cerana offers a fruity, floral, and oriental accord.

The design
The design of Nectar Olfactif is an homage to natural elegance and the fascinating world of bees and plants. The bottle has a cubic shape, with a honey-colored lacquer lining that creates a direct connection to the essence of bees. The cap's design takes the form of a honeycomb, further emphasizing the deep inspiration drawn from the bee colony.

A particular highlight is the medallion affixed to the bottle. This medallion, enhanced with gold tones using a special screen-printing technique, depicts a bee surrounded by a flower at the top and leaves on the sides. This artistic design is inspired by the discovery of a bee encased in amber in Myanmar (formerly Burma), considered the oldest known bee fossil. The perfectly preserved fossil is 100 million years old.

To showcase the perfume to its best advantage, the packaging is a deep green, symbolizing a connection to the plant world. The case itself is encased in a protective sleeve and resembles an elegant, understated casket. Inside, it is lined with soft faux suede, adding an extra sensual dimension and revealing the perfume bottle like a hidden treasure when opened.
