Molecule O2 consists of pure and unique Ambroxan.

Ambroxane is a crystalline chemical structure identical to ambrox, which is derived from ambergris. For centuries, ambergris was arguably the most valuable ingredient in perfumery. It is a somewhat mysterious substance secreted by sperm whales, which only acquires its delicate fragrance after a long maturation period in the sea.

Ambergris is rarely found these days, and the "amber" in a modern perfume is usually a laboratory-created equivalent of some of the aroma molecules that make up the fragrance. By far the most exquisite of these is the nature-identical molecule ambroxan. Ambergris has always been prized for its refinement and sensuality, and this quality is preserved in ambroxan.

Ambroxan was isolated from plant sources in 1950.

The maximum percentage of amber that can be dissolved in a fragrance compound is 13.5%. Beyond that, it begins to crystallize out of the solution. Most perfumes containing amber contain 1–2%.

Molecule 02 consists of 100% ambroxan in alcohol and a small amount of water. It is best described as a fresh, almost mineral softness that subtly expands, enveloping you in olfactory layers of sensual, sparkling molecules.
